And yet, despite how big of a role it plays in the safety of the house and its inhabitants, the roof is perhaps one of the most neglected aspects of any home. Many homeowners are content leaving the roof alone until they experience telltale signs of it being damaged, like leaks and gaps, because the roof is normally inaccessible and is also hazardous due to its height and structure.
Regular roof inspections are extremely important because they prevent small damages from worsening and becoming more costly problems for you. Hiring a roofing contractor ensures that all damages are documented and can be addressed in the most efficient way possible. They are well-educated on what to look out for, what solutions can be made, and what steps can be done to prevent your roof from getting damaged as much as possible.

T. Peck, the founder, chose the site just west of Ceredo because it was the place where the Norfolk & Western Railroadproposed to build the first bridge across the Ohio River above Cincinnati. Peck organized the Kenova Association, purchased 900 acres of bottomland, and started his town in 1889. The site was named Kenova from the abbreviations of the three adjoining states: ‘‘Ken’’ for Kentucky, ‘‘O’’ for Ohio, and ‘‘Va’’ for (West) Virginia.
